Tamara Gipson is an educator, instructional strategist, and founder of TT Innovative Solutions. With more than 25 years of experience serving as a classroom teacher, team leader, RTI interventionist, and district digital learning specialist, she has spent her career supporting educators in building the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed.
Today, Tamara works closely with alternative certification teachers and novice educators preparing for Texas certification exams. Through workshops, coaching, and instructional resources, she helps teachers understand how certification exams are designed and how to study with clarity, structure, and confidence.
